St. Patty's Corned Beef and Cabbage







Wow! What an awesome dinner.
It didn't really dawn on me to take actual step by step pictures during this meal, but I did however find a great video, which is a pretty cut and dry version.

So here's the menu:
Corned Beef, cooked with Cabbage, Onions, Carrots, and Red Potatoes.
Some Buttered Irish Soda Bread on the side, and of course, A Pint of Guinness.
